It looks like I'm not the only person lamenting about old friends growing apart. I've been talking to a few people (+ reading a few blogs) and it seems that the festive season blues (yes.. sounds odd I know) has hit some people I know.

It starts with the "where are my old friends? I had a very good friend back in xx year.. we did this this and that.. where is that person now?" and it rolls from there..

I won't comment on this because.. well.. all I haveto say is

"you're not the only one feeling this way"

*sigh*

Monday Blues

It was a good weekend, all in all. We had fun with Genie, as usual. And I got to complete a number of games.

I also, for the first time, bought and sold stuff on eBay. I never really did pay much attention to eBay.. until I had to help Melvin's mom sell a recontract phone. So... since i was SELLING anyway.... may as well buy some stuff too, ya?

Anyhow, the phone was sold without TOO much hassle. Some guy bid and won, decided he didn't want it after all.. so I had to put it up for bid AGAIN.. that sorta thing. Buying is easier than selling :P

EBay is a dangerous place *nod*

I received happy news from Irene last night! But for some reason, my SMS to her couldn't go through - I may need to check with M1 on global SMS. It's not the first time my messages to overseas failed me. I won't say it here because I'm not in the position to announce her happy news - if you want to know, ask her yourself :) I'm sure she'll be happy to share!

And grats to Melvin for his first full time paycheck (well, grats in advance, anyway)
